Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is any information relating to a person: name, email, address, phone, NIF/NIE... Additionally, when a User visits this website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by their Internet access provider.

"Florencia Romero", as Data Controller, has the duty to inform Users of her website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by filling in the forms included on the website.

Only the data necessary to provide the contracted service or to respond appropriately to the information request made by the User will be obtained. Minors

Only persons over 14 years of age may provide personal data on this website. As required by the LOPD and GDD, in the case of minors under 14 years of age, parental or guardian consent will be mandatory for their personal data to be processed.

Furthermore, only persons over 18 years of age may contract my services. In the case of minors under 18, parental or legal guardian consent will be mandatory for the provision of services, unless the minor is emancipated.

Security Measures

Users of the "Florencia Romero" website are informed that the necessary technical and organizational security measures have been adopted to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity, and quality of the information contained therein, in accordance with current data protection regulations. The LOPD and GDPR grant data subjects the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. To do so, the User must contact fctraduce@gmail.com by email, or by written communication to the address appearing in the Legal Notice, properly identifying themselves. This communication must include the following information: User's full name, purpose of the request, address, and supporting data.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the User themselves. However, it may be executed by a person authorized as the User's legal representative, providing documentation proving such representation.

  • Right to request access to personal data, which is the right to obtain information about whether their own personal data are being processed, the purpose of the processing, if any, as well as the information available about the origin of such data and the communications made or planned for them.

  • Right to request limitation of processing, in which case only the data strictly necessary for the exercise or defense of claims will be kept by "Florencia Romero".
  • Right to object to processing: refers to the right of the data subject to prevent the processing of their personal data or to have it stopped in cases where their consent is not necessary for processing, such as commercial prospecting files or those intended to make decisions about the data subject based solely on automated processing of their data, unless for legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims processing must continue.

The personal data of Users who use the contact form or send an email requesting information will be processed for the time strictly necessary to respond to the information request, or until the consent given is revoked.

The personal data of Clients will be processed until the contractual relationship ends. The retention period for personal data will be the minimum necessary, and may be maintained up to:

  • 4 years: Law on Offenses and Penalties in the Social Order (obligations regarding affiliation, registrations, cancellations, contributions, salary payments…); Arts. 66 et seq. General Tax Law (accounting books…).
  • 5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without special term).
  • 6 years: Art. 30 Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices…).
  • 10 years: Art. 25 Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
  • No limit: disaggregated and anonymized data.

Social Media

"Florencia Romero" has a profile on some of the main social networks on the Internet (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, BlueSky). The purpose of data processing by "Florencia Romero" will be to inform her followers about her activities, using the tools provided by the respective social network, and to provide a personalized user service. The User should be aware that the use of these social networks is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. "Florencia Romero" recommends that Users consult these terms and privacy policies before using the links or applications provided.

In no case will "Florencia Romero" extract data from social networks, unless the User's express and specific consent is obtained.
